Quick! When did Shaazam the movie come out? You know, the one with Sinbad? You remember it, right? So do I.
But it never existed.
I'll get back to that in a second, but let's talk about the black tip on Pikachu's tail. The one that doesn't exist. Go look it up.
One more thing, Jiffy Peanut Butter. Delicious, right?
Yes, but it's spelled Jif, not Jiffy.

Chik-fil-a is what we remember, but it's Chick-fil-a. Looney Toons is what we remember, but it's Looney Tunes. The Berenstein Bears is really Berenstain Bears.
So we ALL have false memories about everything? What is life?
I found out this is called "The Mandela Effect." So named after Nelson Mandela, the former President of South Africa. We all remember him dying in prison in the 1980s, but he actually passed away in 2013. This is the phenomenon of global false memory. I'm still researching why this happens. So far, it appears widely-shared false information coupled with groupthink is the major culprit. That and incorrect ad information. It's fascinating, though. Cause the correct information I just talked about? Mind-blowing. Cause that's not how I remember any of this.
